Yeah I asked this myself yesterday in the bus from Vilnius to Riga. Even if I am not an EU-member I was curious about that.
Next to me sat a retired Lady which comes originally from Schottland but lives in Lithuania since 19 years. I learned that I really need to see the bahai "House of worship" in New Dehli and I had a very interesting discussion about the state of Lithuania and the baltic countries, we spoke about politics and the inhabitants.
